What excites you about the kitchen and bathroom industry?
Wherever you live, it's the kitchen and bathrooms that makes everywhere a real home. Whereas the kitchen is the hub of communication and getting together, the bathroom is a haven of well-being and a place to find a retreat. Creating products like ours to enrich people's lives give me so much pleasure.

She was born in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and lives in Bielefeld. She loves relaxing on Mallorca, the island of her dreams.
What excites you about the kitchen and bathroom industry?
It was always my wish to work in a creative environment – and designing kitchens and bathrooms is exactly the right place to do that. At our forge, you can wear any hat you choose and get on with whatever you want. Time and again, seeing happy people in their kitchens shows us why we are getting it right.
What makes the baumann group so different?
Surrounded by wonderful team spirit, people are more or less left to make their own decisions! We practise a corporate culture that places a focus on each and every individual. Combined with outstanding design, exceptional planning solutions create a very special environment in which to work.
Where do you see the company in ten years from now?
Ten years from now too, we want to see ourselves as a top employer magnet! As a family-run company, we must live up to our particular responsibility to guard society in the future too.
Profile:
Kai Menke has been part of the extended management team since April 2025 and is responsible for all sales - both nationally and internationally - as well as product development. He is passionate about markets, strong customer relationships and well thought-out design. Born in Osnabrück and now at home in Melle, he finds balance and new energy where his family is - whether at home or by the sea.
What excites you about the kitchen and bathroom industry?
Kitchens bring people together. Today, they are living space, design object and feel-good place all in one. This diversity - combined with the dynamics of international business - inspires me every day anew.
What makes the baumann group so different?
Clearly: the spirit. There is a lot of passion at play here - for quality, for the product and, above all, for the people. You can feel the team spirit - not only internally, but also in our dealings with our partners worldwide.
Where do you see the company in ten years from now?
As one of the leading brands in the national and international kitchen market - with a clear profile, strong relationships with retailers and a team that continues to boldly break new ground.
Profile:
Hélène Bangert has been an authorized signatory since April 2025 and is part of the extended management team responsible for strategic marketing, which includes the Marketing, Training, Architecture & Design departments. Originally from Strasbourg in Alsace, she now lives in Minden in the OWL region. She can really switch off in the forest and in the mountains, always accompanied by her faithful four-legged friend.
What excites you about the kitchen and bathroom industry?
As an architect and creative mind, a trend-conscious and design-oriented product naturally comes naturally to me. When it comes to design and planning, I still think in terms of structural architecture, overall concepts and harmonious proportions. This is not the only area where, even after many years, I retain an “outside” view from outside the industry for fresh new ideas.
What makes the baumann group so different?
Kitchen family. And that speaks for itself.
Where do you see the company in ten years from now?
As a modern and agile company that implements interdisciplinary visionary projects as a group. With a smart, contemporary and proven product and the matching service that not only retains customers but also employees and attracts new ones.
