Awarding Bauformat top marks, we see the "Top Employer (DIQP)"quality label as confirmation of the values we live by. This prestigious certification was carried out independently by the German Institute for Quality Standards (DIQP e.V.). Evaluation was based on an anonymous survey among staff. This very special proof of trust makes us proud and demonstrates the sense of togetherness that is practised in the baumann group.
